There's some truth to your comment, but I think we would be dishonest if we pretended that only one faction of our society is driven by tribalism and ideological fervor. To be fair, many people, even within the Church, can wind up that way when our anchor is anything but magisterial truth and the teachings of the Scriptures. I wrote this piece to highlight a very specific problem manifesting in our Christian communities that we have to watch out for, precisely because it is un-Christian. There are more than enough commentators condemning Zionists and even all Jews at large that I don't see the need for me to weigh in on that side of the conversation.
